A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free of charge (to a certain extent). We’ll move your web site(s) to our enterprise–grade cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that switching hosting providers can lead to lost info and unnecessary network downtime. This is the reason why we will perform all that for you at no cost!We’ve got trained administrators whose main assignment is to ensure that your web site performs exactly as it did on your old hosting platform. The administrators are experts in migrating custom–made websites, as well as websites that are based upon popular web applications such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: There are many variables to consider – the total number of files, the size of the database, the complexity of the site itself and the current workload of our web site migration experts, etc. Yet, we do try to perform all web site migrations in a 48–hour time window. Smaller sites are transferred much faster – usually within 24 hours.

A: We will require the login information for your old hosting provider’s Control Panel and the site’s name (domain name).

A: Our Privacy Policy is an inseparable part of the agreement that we will have with you as a client. We’re committed to safeguarding the safety of the personal data collected from the clients. To achieve that, we use technical safety measures in order to avoid the loss, the misapplication, the modification or the unlawful disclosure of the private info under our control. The measures include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and managerial operations to protect and secure the information that we receive on the Internet. When we ask clients to present financial information (for instance, a credit card number), this info is shielded using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.

A: Nope. Your site will continue to be fully operational during the transfer. Once everything is completed on our end, we’ll tell you so that you can preview it and check for any problems. If everything is alright, all you will have to do is update your domain’s DNS settings.

A: While we move your website content, your hosting provider won’t be aware of the migration at all. We will never contact them in any way.

A: Yup. We support all conventional Linux–powered hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–powered web hosting platforms, as we do not offer Windows web hosting services ourselves.We also don’t support proprietary website building and administration tools like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
